Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Red Team Engineer to find unmodeled failures and design weaknesses before field deployment. You will embed with cross‑functional teams, reconstruct analyses, and push for rigorous adversarial evaluation across space, missiles, air, and autonomy domains.

The role requires hands‑on systems experience, strong modeling skills, and the ability to translate findings into actionable guidance for leadership and engineers.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance required.
• Hands‑on track record designing, building, and analyzing real engineering systems.
• Ability to find problems others miss via adversarial review or independent verification.
• Proven ability to own and deliver with little management.

Responsibilities

• Execute red‑team designs, models, and analyses to surface failure modes.
• Develop simulations and tooling to prove or break claims.
• Reconstruct and independently verify others’ work; find missed errors.
• Collaborate with Systems, GNC, Software, Hardware, Mission Ops, and Test teams.
• Apply hands‑on systems building to catch problems in analysis, not in flight.
• Present complex results clearly to engineers and leadership.
