Job summary

Educate 360, in partnership with TCM Security, is looking for a Red Team Course Creator to join our content team on a remote, contract basis. This role focuses on maintaining and expanding red team training, including updating the Practical Ethical Hacker course and related labs.

You will design and produce hands-on labs, collaborate with product managers and SMEs, and occasionally create YouTube content. 3+ years red team, plus teaching experience preferred, with strong written and spoken

Qualifications

• 3+ years in red team operations, penetration testing, or adversary simulation.
• 1+ year teaching/training (preferred).
• Strong ability to translate advanced red team concepts into clear educational content.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce new red team training content for on-demand and live formats.
• Update existing courses, labs, or certifications to stay current.
• Develop hands-on labs simulating advanced adversary campaigns and persistence.
• Collaborate with product managers and SMEs to align with the cybersecurity roadmap.
• Create YouTube content or livestreams (optional, up to 20%).
