Job summary

Educate 360, in partnership with TCM Security, seeks a Red Team Course Creator for ongoing contract work. The role focuses on maintaining and expanding red team training content, including updating the Practical Ethical Hacker course and related certifications.

The position involves remote work with potential for YouTube/social content creation and collaboration with the Seniors PM and SMEs. Prior teaching experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on red team operations, penetration testing, or adversary simulation.
• 1+ year of teaching / training experience (preferred).
• Ability to work 20-40 hours per week and attend weekly meetings during US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce new red team training content for multiple delivery formats (on-demand and live training).
• Update or overhaul existing courses, labs, or certifications that start to show their age.
• Develop hands-on labs replicating advanced adversary campaigns, post-exploitation, and persistence methods.
• Collaborate with the product manager and SMEs to align new courses with the cybersecurity roadmap.
• YouTube & Social Content Creation (optional, up to 20%): Create livestreams, YouTube videos, and social content.

Role Overview

Educate 360 is seeking a Red Team Course Creator to work with our TCM Security brand, reporting to the Senior Product Manager of Cybersecurity Solutions. This is a contract position and will focus on maintaining and expanding our red team training portfolio, with an initial project of updating the Practical Ethical Hacker course and its associate certifications. As a member of the content team, this role will ensure existing content remains current and produce new courses and labs. This role will also be invited to engage with our community through Discord, YouTube, and other places.

As part of the interview process, you may be asked to:

• Complete a technical assessment focused on red team skills. This should take less than an hour. You will be asked to complete this after application and before your interview with the hiring manager.
• Provide a 3-5 minute video teaching a red team topic of your choice. You will be asked to complete this after your interview with the hiring manager and before your technical interview.

Content Creation & Maintenance:

• Design and produce new red team training content for multiple delivery formats (on-demand and live training).
• Update or overhaul existing courses, labs, or certifications that start to show their age.
• Develop hands-on labs replicating advanced adversary campaigns, post-exploitation, and persistence methods.
• Collaborate with the product manager and SMEs to align new courses with the cybersecurity roadmap.
• YouTube & Social Content Creation (optional, up to 20%):
• Create engaging livestreams, YouTube videos, and social media content showcasing your offensive expertise.
• Provide technical breakdowns of offensive security concepts, such as exploits, red team tradecraft, and complex attack paths

Requirements

• Ability to work 20-40 hours per week (preferred).
• Comfort with remote work and collaboration.
• Ability to attend weekly meetings during US business hours.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in red team operations, penetration testing, or adversary simulation.
• 1+ year of teaching / training experience (modality‑agnostic) (preferred).

Demonstrated expertise in:

• Advanced web exploitation
• Adversary simulation frameworks
• Tradecraft mapping

Certifications (optional):

• PNPT (Practical Network Penetration Tester)
• OSEP (Offensive Security Experienced Penetration Tester)
• GXPN (GIAC Exploit Researcher and Advanced Penetration Tester)
• Other relevant red team or penetration testing certifications

Required skills:

• Strong ability to translate advanced red team techniques into clear, engaging educational content.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and advancing the cybersecurity profession.
• Self‑starter with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Comfortable collaborating with product management, marketing, and other content creators.
