Job summary

ALLCPR is seeking an in-person Instructor to teach American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses and train students. The role requires current ARC Instructor certification, strong CPR knowledge, and the ability to deliver engaging sessions in various settings.

You will prepare for training, demonstrate proper techniques, and provide feedback to candidates to ensure proficiency. Responsibilities include maintaining compliant records, updating materials, and participating in ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Current ARC First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification is required.
• Strong CPR/AED knowledge and ability to teach.
• Excellent communication, feedback and classroom management.
• Ability to deliver engaging training and evaluate participants.
• Comfortable with weekend and in-person teaching environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for ARC First Aid/CPR/AED courses.
• Deliver instructor-level training sessions to individuals or groups.
• Demonstrate CPR/AED techniques per ARC requirements.
• Provide feedback to candidates to improve performance.
• Monitor and evaluate candidate progress for proficiency.
• Submit course records per ARC requirements.
• Keep training materials up-to-date and compliant.
• Participate in ongoing professional development.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
