As a **Bike Mechanic**, you'll play a key role in ensuring every bike meets our high standards for speed and quality. We’re all about precision – you’ll be responsible for assembling, tuning, and adjusting bikes with flawless accuracy. You will not only have the opportunity to work on older model Trek bikes, but you will also get to build high-end road bikes, Rails, and Project One bikes. We’re looking for individuals with advanced technical skills, a passion for problem-solving, and a can-do attitude to match. This is a full-time bicycle mechanic opportunity that is not customer facing and not in a retail environment.
