Amrize is seeking a Utility Operator to support the Recycling division in Clinton, MD. You will operate heavy equipment, perform inspections, and assist with routine maintenance to keep daily operations safe and productive.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy equipment and utility machinery to support daily recycling division operations.
• Ensure continuous and efficient material processing to meet production targets.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and identify mechanical or safety issues early.
• Support preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and equipment failures.
• Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and company regulations.
• Assist in sorting, handling, and processing recyclable materials accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow.
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and safe work environment across all areas.
• Follow SOPs to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
• Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting recyclable materials as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve operation skills and safety awareness.
