Pratt Industries, Inc. seeks an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to guide production, safety/regulatory, shipping, planning, receiving, and maintenance with emphasis on safety, quality, and production understanding. A high degree of safety discipline is required.

The role supervises staff, ensures equipment is operated per O&M manuals, checks quality, manages inventories, and leads daily toolbox meetings while implementing 5S and safety programs across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of manufacturing/production supervisory experience.
• Understanding of planning and processes in a recycling environment and the impact of health and safety and environmental issues at the local, state, and federal levels.
• Able to communicate effectively in verbal and written means with all levels of the company from line workers to company president.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, procedures manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups, managers, clients, customers, and public.
