• 3+ years of experience in engineering operations, product operations, management consulting, technical program management, or similar roles.
• Experience improving cross-functional workflows, operating models, or organizational systems.
• Experience working directly with senior leadership to diagnose problems, influence decisions, and implement change.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Requirements
