The position emphasizes executive leadership, lean manufacturing expertise, strong budgeting and forecasting, and collaboration with engineering and supply chain to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating complex manufacturing processes.
• Recycling or auto shredding operations experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
