Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Stationary Equipment Technician in Camden, NJ to inspect, repair and maintain recycling equipment, compactors, and heavy machinery. You will diagnose issues, perform hydraulic, electrical and HVAC work, and help keep operations safe and productive daily.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of related maintenance experience or a trade school certificate; PLC troubleshooting and conveyors experience are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses mechanical problems using charts, diagnostics software and manuals.

• Completes daily consumables reports and updates fleet management system.
• Follows safety policies and performs preventive maintenance.
