Humanzlab in Florida seeks an experienced Recruitment Supervisor to lead a team and ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates. You will oversee end-to-end recruitment, develop sourcing strategies, and monitor metrics to improve performance.

You will collaborate with clients and hiring managers, maintain a positive candidate experience, and report on recruitment activities. US business hours alignment required.

Qualifications

• Extensive recruitment experience, especially in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and meet recruitment targets.
• Experience in US recruitment or staffing is advantageous.
• Willingness to work on US business hours.
