About the Role

This is a 100% remote opportunity for a seasoned staffing professional who thrives in full-desk environments. You'll partner with another senior team member and dedicated support staff to drive both candidate recruitment and client development. We’re looking for someone with the fortitude, experience, and ambition to help scale the Locums Division — and share in its success.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: Source, screen, and manage physicians and APPs for locum tenens assignments. We want to hear how you've done this successfully in the past.
• Business Development: Use your experience or interest in client outreach to help grow new accounts. Have a track record? Brag about it!
• Full-Desk Ownership: Balance both sides of the staffing cycle with confidence and efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with another Senior Staffing Specialist and receive support from our administrative and marketing teams.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of uninterrupted experience in a staffing agency setting.
• Self-driven, accountable, and organized — you get things done without micromanagement.

Preferred Experience:

• Healthcare staffing experience on the agency side, particularly in placing physicians or advanced practice professionals.
• Flexible pay structure: Choose a draw (3 or 6 months) or a base salary, paired with a competitive commission plan. Let us know your expectations!
