Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

Location: Remote

Work Shift: Flexible, broken-hours, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week

Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-Time)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Recruitment Specialist - End-to-End Recruiter to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process for all open positions, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process from job requisition to successful onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand recruitment needs, develop strategies, and attract top talent across various levels and functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the skills, experience, and competencies required for various roles. Write and post job descriptions on job boards, company websites, and social media.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards to identify and engage potential candidates. Actively build and maintain a strong talent pool.
  • Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and long-term potential.
  • Extend job offers, negotiate salary and benefits, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Facilitate a smooth transition from the recruitment process to the employee onboarding phase, ensuring all necessary documents are completed, and the new hire is set up for success.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company, ensuring a positive candidate experience and promoting the company’s values and culture.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction) to improve the recruitment process.
  • Keep up to date with the latest recruitment trends, tools, and technologies. Recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment strategy.
  • Ensure all hiring practices are in line with relevant legal and ethical standards.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a full-cycle recruiter, ideally with a mix of high-volume recruitment and specialized recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment methods, best practices, and tools for both active and passive candidate sourcing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple job requisitions and candidates simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with social media recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to evaluate candidate needs and solve challenges in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
