You will source and recruit technology professionals, build client and candidate relationships, and negotiate offers while working toward personal sales goals in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

What You'll Do

• Source and recruit technology professionals
• Effectively locate need and develop new business opportunities for potential clients
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Negotiate offers and employment terms
• Build expertise within, and hone competitive advantage by staying up to date on, your specialist market
• Work toward individual sales and performance goals
