Job summary

Talent Focus Executive Search and Consulting is seeking a Recruitment Sales Trainer in Houston. The role focuses on developing the next generation of recruiters and sales professionals within an international recruitment business.

You will design hands-on training across business development, candidate generation, client management and revenue generation, combining coaching with practical development to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment/staffing is essential.
• Proven track record in sales and business development within recruitment.
• Ability to win new clients and grow accounts.
• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to closing.
• Prior training or people development experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging recruitment and sales training programs.
• Coach recruiters on new business development and client acquisition.
• Develop capability in cold calling, prospecting and opening new accounts.
• Improve questioning, qualification and consultative selling skills.
• Coach teams on objection handling, negotiation and closing.
• Develop recruiters' ability to win retained, exclusive and contingent assignments.
• Train consultants on effective candidate sourcing and candidate management.
• Conduct call listening, role plays and live coaching.
• Support onboarding and development of new recruitment consultants.
• Work with leaders to identify skills gaps and development priorities.
• Track training effectiveness and improvements in performance.
• Help embed a high-performance, commercially focused sales culture.
