- Build and maintain a network of specialized professionals within your technical market.
- Source, qualify, and interview candidates to assess skills, motivations, and fit.
- Partner with client companies to understand hiring needs, advise on strategy, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Negotiate offers, manage pipelines, and close placements to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Track and analyse performance metrics to continuously optimise output and profitability.

- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or equivalent experience.

- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission ($65,000‑85,000 Y1 OTE).
