What You Need to Know

The Recruitment Marketing Specialist is responsible for the creation, execution and maintenance of marketing communication materials for talent acquisition for all lines of business.

Expectations:

  • Ensures national marketing campaigns are executed in a timely manner, including approvals, distribution instructions, proofing, tracking, and adheres to stated budget. Directs, and collaborates with, external agencies. Responds and provides solutions to field marketing requests as requested.
  • Administers content development, layout, and basic graphic design of national and local advertising and sales materials to ensure strategic adherence and brand appropriateness.
  • Researches content and creates social media campaigns.
  • Designs and/or monitors development of local advertising.
  • Updates internal communication flyers (e.g. employee referral flyers).
  • Provides data refreshes and messaging around GlassDoor and Indeed Reviews and Ratings.
  • Researches ways to advertise for open positions to increase the top of funnel.
  • Monitors planned projects and ensures completion within budget, milestone and deadline parameters.
