What You Need To Know

The Recruitment Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating, executing, and maintaining marketing communication materials for talent acquisition across all lines of business.

Expectations:

• Ensure timely execution of national marketing campaigns, including approvals, distribution, proofing, tracking, and budget adherence. Collaborate with external agencies and respond to field marketing requests.
• Develop content, layout, and basic graphic design for national and local advertising and sales materials, ensuring strategic and brand consistency.
• Research content and create social media campaigns.
• Design and monitor local advertising development.
• Update internal communication flyers, such as employee referral flyers.
• Provide data updates and messaging for GlassDoor and Indeed reviews and ratings.
• Research advertising strategies to increase candidate flow.
• Monitor projects to ensure completion within budget and deadlines.
