OneDigital is growing! We’re looking for a Regional Financial Services Marketing Specialist to join our team. This versatile marketer will support a wide range of initiatives, from digital campaigns and events to educational content and sales enablement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales Enablement
- Create and maintain marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, presentations, social media assets)
- Customize RFPs and pitch decks, in collaboration with advisors and the compliance team
- Communicate new marketing resources and updates to internal teams
Digital Marketing
- Manage email campaigns via HubSpot, D365, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Plan and create social media content using tools like Canva
- Support website updates, including team pages, landing pages, and blog content
Events & Education
- Develop and manage event kits for on-site education days (e.g., “Taco Bout Retirement”)
- Coordinate signature virtual events, including annual CE webinars and retirement education series
- Streamline post-event tracking and follow-up processes
Client Communications
- Coordinate regional client communications, including QEMU emails and other updates
- Align messaging with national marketing teams/initiatives
Marketing Support
- Respond to internal marketing requests (e.g., updating materials, creating QR codes, customizing slides)
- Support M&A marketing tasks, including onboarding new teams and aligning with OneDigital branding
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:
- Ability to multi-task, think strategically and problem solve
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, independent or team environment
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft D365)
- Graphic design skills in Canva, PowerPoint, and other design/presentation tools
- Familiarity with webinar platforms (Zoom, ON24, etc.) and experience managing online events
- Excellent written, editing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn and apply compliance standards in a regulated industry
- Comfort with technology and using online software to manage your work
Education, Training and Experience:
- Experience in a marketing support or specialist role, ideally in B2B financial services or employee benefits preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Instructional Design or a related field is preferred, will consider experience in lieu of degree
- Experience working with much of the following: social (especially LinkedIn), digital, (WordPress, Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Google Analytics), design (Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe) and data (SalesForce, Microsoft Dynamics), one or and Microsoft Office.
- A plus if you have video editing experience and/or bilingual
The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $55,000 to $65,000 per year.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs. You will receive reimbursement of job-related expenses per the company policy and may receive employee perks and discounts.
