MISSION :

For its US Commercial Operations, Medimaps is seeking a U.S. Marketing Specialist to accelerate growth in the USA. Reporting directly to the Director of Market Strategy USA with a dotted line to the Global VP of Marketing, we are looking for a hands-on, agile Marketing Specialist to help drive lead generation and manage events at the intersection of healthcare and technology. In this role, you’ll wear many hats - from executing digital campaigns to organizing industry events - while working closely with sales, product, and clinical teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead Generation & Digital Campaign Execution (50%)

  • Launch and manage targeted email campaigns, digital ads, and landing pages to support pipeline growth
  • Help maintain and optimize CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Track lead metrics and assist in reporting on campaign effectiveness (e.g., MQLs, CPL, conversions)
  • Collaborate on SEO, paid search, and social media efforts to drive traffic and engagement
  • Use SalesForce, Hubspot, Mailchimp and other email campaign tools (e.g. ActiveCampaign, Convertkit, GoogleAds, GoogleAnalytics, Google Data Studio etc.) to manage leads, track sales activity, track performance, optimize future campaigns and nurture relationships.

Event Support & Execution (30%)

  • Develop Medimaps Group US event calendar in conjunction with the Director of Market Strategy, the Global VP of MarCom and the US Sales Team
  • Help plan and execute our presence at industry events, conferences, and webinars
  • Own event logistics from start to finish - including registration, materials, booth coordination, shipping, etc.
  • If required, create specific customer-facing marketing materials such as brochures, conference materials and social media content, aligned with company brand guidelines.
  • Contribute content of social media related to the tradeshows/events in collaboration with Global Marketing
  • Establish pre-event goals and conduct post-meeting analysis of success metrics combined with recommendations to improve tradeshow/event performance and determine scope of future participation.
  • Support pre-event promotions and post-event lead handoff to sales
  • Draft content for digital campaigns, newsletters, event promos, and social posts
  • Work closely with the design team, product experts, and sales to create marketing assets and messaging
  • Bring new ideas to the table for demand generation, content themes, and campaign testing
  • Use a range of tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Monkey Survey, Slack etc. to create visuals and content for campaigns, understand the needs of leads and refine campaigns accordingly, and to enhance communication / collaboration within the team,
  • Pitch in across the team to help move fast and learn quickly

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED ?

Technical Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, SaaS, or other regulated markets
  • Comfortable using the full range of tools for lead generation, content creation and digital campaign creation (as highlighted above)
  • Very familiar with SalesForce
  • Experience in med tech, health IT, or regulated industries, an advantage
  • Exposure to lead nurturing, marketing ops, or product-led growth, an advantage
  • Comfort working in a distributed/hybrid team (USA and International), an advantage

Soft Skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, other European language is an advantage
  • Results driven with outstanding project management skills
  • Prioritize tasks and work assignments, balancing multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and quality; adjusting to changes in priorities and situations; complete work under pressure; meet deadlines
