Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Global Performance Marketing Manager based in Brazil.

We are looking for a strategic, data-driven performance marketing leader to drive B2B growth through paid advertising across multiple markets and customer segments. In this hands-on role, you will oversee a multi-million-euro annual media budget and lead the execution of campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn Ads. You will combine analytical thinking with creative experimentation to maximize lead generation, improve lead quality, and achieve cost-per-acquisition targets. Working closely with marketing, analytics, content, design, and local market teams, you will translate performance insights into scalable growth strategies. You will also mentor and develop paid marketing specialists while introducing AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency and campaign optimization. This remote opportunity offers the chance to influence global marketing strategy, build high-performing teams, and contribute to the growth of a digital healthcare ecosystem.

Accountabilities
  • Own the global paid advertising strategy for B2B lead generation, serving as the subject matter expert across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and emerging paid media channels.

  • Drive the highest possible volume of qualified leads while maintaining lead quality, staying within budget, and meeting cost-per-acquisition (CPA) targets.

  • Oversee multi-million-euro annual paid media budgets across multiple markets, products, and customer segments.

  • Forecast advertising spend, establish budget pacing, and monitor channel investment in collaboration with local marketing teams.

  • Provide data-driven recommendations to content and design teams on creative concepts, messaging, formats, and offers.

  • Develop structured creative testing programs, evaluate results, and turn insights into scalable best practices across markets.

  • Identify new creative opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline of advertising assets tailored to different audiences and regions.

  • Develop performance improvement hypotheses and collaborate with local paid marketing specialists to design, implement, and evaluate experiments.

  • Partner with marketing operations, lead generation, and marketing analytics teams to assess campaign performance, identify root causes of underperformance, and recommend actionable improvements.

  • Manage, mentor, and develop paid marketing specialists across different markets, providing regular feedback, guidance, and support for their professional growth.

  • Advise team members on paid advertising strategy, campaign optimization, creative effectiveness, targeting, and performance measurement.

  • Identify and implement AI-powered workflows that reduce repetitive manual tasks, improve analysis, and help marketing teams operate more efficiently at scale.

  • Proactively improve campaign management processes and workflows as budgets, markets, and organizational needs expand.

  • Balance strategic planning with hands-on campaign management and execution in a fast-paced, international environment.

Requirements:
  • At least 6–8 years of hands‑on experience managing paid advertising campaigns, ideally in international high‑growth businesses or performance marketing agencies.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing paid marketing strategies that directly contribute to business growth and revenue.

  • Deep expertise in paid advertising platforms, particularly Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

  • Strong understanding of creative performance, including hooks, advertising formats, messaging, audience attention, and conversion optimization.

  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to connect campaign performance, funnel metrics, and business outcomes to identify growth opportunities and diagnose underperformance.

  • Practical experience using AI to analyze performance trends, generate testing hypotheses, and uncover opportunities for campaign improvement.

  • Familiarity with modern audience targeting strategies, advertising platform automation, and established campaign optimization techniques.

  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, including the ability to provide constructive feedback, establish priorities, and support the development of other marketing professionals.

  • A strategic mindset combined with a willingness to get involved in day‑to‑day campaign execution and problem‑solving.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate cross‑functional initiatives, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Excellent business English proficiency.

  • Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, German, or Polish language skills are an advantage.

  • Must already have the legal right to work in the country of residence or role location, as visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Benefits:
  • Healthcare insurance.

  • Wellness benefits, which may include gym memberships and mental health support.

  • Paid time off, including vacation and birthday leave, along with time to recharge.

  • Location‑dependent benefits such as meal vouchers, transportation allowances, and extended parental leave.

  • Remote work opportunities and flexible working hours, depending on role and team requirements.

  • Access to office hubs in selected international locations, including Curitiba, Rio de Janeiro, and Bogotá.

  • Career development opportunities, continuous learning, and potential cross‑functional career paths.

  • The opportunity to work with a diverse, globally distributed team.

  • A results‑oriented environment that encourages ownership, collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
