NFI seeks a Recruitment Marketing Coordinator to support the Transportation business by executing the recruitment strategy focused on employer branding and culture. This role collaborates across teams to create content that enhances candidate exposure and experience, with travel to field locations.
We require a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and 1–2 years of relevant experience, plus a portfolio in video/content editing and strong Adobe Suite skills.
The Recruitment Marketing Coordinator supports the Transportation business by executing the recruitment strategy focused on employer branding and culture. This role is responsible for creative collaboration, producing and editing content to support the employer brand and generate employee engagement. This position requires time management, exceptional collaboration skills, and a creative mind to support solutions to improve transportation candidate exposure and experience. This position reports to the Recruitment Marketing Supervisor.
We are excited to share the base hourly rate for this position is $26.20 -34.94HOUR. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, geographic location, when determining a starting rate of pay.
