NFI is seeking a Transportation Management Logistics Planner to execute customer transportation needs at a high level, train Coordinators in best practices, and deliver excellent service to the NFI customer base.
The role reports to the Transportation Management Account Manager and/or an Operations Director, coordinating shipments, building carrier relationships, resolving issues, and generating reports upon request. This position offers a base hourly rate with a discretionary bonus opportunity.
The Transportation Management Logistics Planner ensures customer transportation needs are executed at a high level, process and best practices are taught to new and existing Coordinators. Responsible to provide excellent customer service to the NFI customer base. This position reports to Transportation Management Account Manager and/or an Operations Director.
We are excited to share the base hourly rate for this position is $28.57/hour - $38.10/hour. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, geographic location, when determining a starting rate of pay. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, targeted at 3%.
