NVA Equine is seeking a talented Recruitment Marketing and Brand Manager to join our marketing team. Whether you’re a brand marketing specialist or a former recruiter turned talent marketing expert, this role may be for you! Reporting to the Sr. Marketing Manager and working closely with the Head of Recruiting, you’ll help establish, manage, and scale our brand strategy. We’re a fast-paced, nimble, and community-driven team who are passionate about equine veterinary medicine.

As the Recruitment Marketing and Brand Manager, you’re an excellent storyteller. You will be at the core of our brand strategy playing a key part in enhancing all recruitment marketing efforts both internally and externally for our community of thriving practices. You will support local branding efforts to fill high priority roles by capturing key value propositions and facilitating effective campaigns that bring the DNA of each practice to life for potential candidates.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and execute a measurable recruitment branding strategy that reflects our Mission, Vision, and Core Values
  • Own and manage the day-to-day content calendar across platforms including LinkedIn and our careers site—creating a cohesive, compelling voice across all candidate touchpoints
  • Design and deliver creative social-first content (video, photo, graphics, blog) to elevate our talent presence and tell our people stories in authentic and engaging ways
  • Drive local branding and practice recruitment marketing strategies to fill unique requisitions in a highly competitive job market
  • Develop and manage our LinkedIn Life page, ensuring this channel remains fresh, strategic, and aligned to our hiring goals
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Recruiting, HR, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment and maximize impact
  • Be a hands-on storyteller through key communications to our community - write copy, capture moments, and create standout content for use across internal and external channels
  • Monitor recruitment branding campaign performance and platform insights, turning data into action and continuous improvement
  • Lead local branding through key exercises such as Mission, Vision, and Core Values workshops
  • Develop marketing documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and training materials
  • Maintain organization, attention to detail, and responsiveness to internal and external stakeholders

Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in brand marketing or recruitment marketing field
  • Deep familiarity with social media and content marketing across LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
  • Strong creative skills, including proficiency with Canva, Adobe, video editing software, etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Experience in preparing and conducting workshop sessions
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a resourceful, scrappy mindset
  • Familiarity with a recruitment pipeline
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

  • Work remotely in the United States, with ability to travel 10% of the year.
  • Passion and understanding of the human-animal bond.
  • Ability to mix great judgment, problem-solving and experience to prioritize, manage risk, and set fast timelines.
