Afantastic opportunity to work for a leading Recruitment Agency as a Recruitment Manager within the Marketingsector, an exceptional opportunity to manage a high performing team.

Responsibilities

• You will be managing the Marketingteam. The team are a high performing team, outperforming all expected fee levels and are in a period of growth relating to headcount. You will take on people management responsibility straight away, and will manage the recruitment process for some of the most high profile clients in the local market. You will lead from the front in this desk-based management role, helping to train and mentor other less experienced team members and recruiting to grow the team.

What you’ll need to succeed

• You will be highly ambitious, successful and experienced individual (Manager or above) seeking an opportunity to make the next move forward in your career, motivating, leading and growing a team.
• You will be a talented recruitment manager with a proven ability in a very competitive sector.
