Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 1+ year leading, training, or mentoring recruiters.
• Track record of meeting or beating placement and fill-rate goals.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, train, and coach a team of recruiters.
• Set targets for submittals, interviews, starts, and redeployments; run pipeline reviews.
• Assign job orders by recruiter strength, workload, and client priority.
• Partner with account managers and clients on job requirements, pay rates, and timelines.
• Prioritize open orders, flag fill risks early, and join client calls/visits.
• Support temp, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire placements.
• Track and report KPIs (fill rate, time-to-fill, submittal-to-hire, retention) and keep ATS accurate.

What we are looking for:

• 1+ year leading, training, or mentoring recruiters
• A track record of meeting or beating placement and fill-rate goals
• Familiarity with google workspace

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related field
• High-volume light industrial recruiting experience
• Bilingual: English/Spanish or English/French
• Comfort with Avionté
