Lumicity is seeking a Recruitment Learning & Development Consultant to train, coach, and develop our recruitment consultants. You will design and deliver blended learning programs for the sales team, transitioning from recruitment expertise into learning & development.

Based in Miami-Brickell, FL or Chicago, IL, this full-time on-site role offers a $60,000 base salary plus quarterly bonuses and opportunities to shape training strategies and materials across the organization.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in 360 Recruitment or agency work.
• Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle and recruitment industry.
• Willingness to learn new tools and innovations to optimize work.
• Interest in a career in Learning and Development.
• Strong communication, teaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to design blended learning solutions (classroom, virtual, e-learning).
• Data-driven mindset with experience measuring learning impact.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and training sessions
• Coach recruiters on business development, candidate management, negotiation, and sales performance
• Support consultants through one-to-one and group coaching
• Partner with managers to improve performance and progression
• Develop training materials and recruitment best practices
