Lumicity in Miami, FL is hiring a Recruitment Consultant who will build client and candidate partnerships, manage full recruitment cycles, and develop commercial and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

You’ll receive a base salary plus uncapped commissions, with first-year on-target earnings of $70,000–$85,000 and $120,000+ in year two; 15 PTO days, 10 paid holidays, and comprehensive training from leaders who started in this role.

Responsibilities

• Source, qualify, and interview candidates to assess skills and fit.
• Monitor activity, placements, and revenue performance; collaborate with team to hit goals.
