We Care Senior Care, a proud Home Instead franchise, is hiring a Recruiter for our Bowling Green location. This role focuses on recruiting top Care Professional talent via online posts, walk-ins, and community networking, while coaching and conducting annual reviews.

You will represent the brand with patience, kindness, and integrity, building relationships and driving results in a community-focused setting.

• 2 years of recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer employment inquiries in a friendly, professional manner.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies online and in the community.
• Schedule and conduct applicant interviews.
• Conduct reference checks, background, and drug screens for Care Professionals.
• Maintain employment records in the applicant tracking system.
• Develop engagement strategies to promote retention.
• Coordinate Care Professional schedules with Scheduling Dept for high-quality matches.
• Meet metrics like utilization and turnover.
• Plan and execute Care Professional meetings.
• All other duties as assigned.
