We Care Senior Care/Home Instead is seeking a Recruiter for our Frankfort, Kentucky location. The role focuses on recruiting top Care Professional talent via online posts, walk-ins, and community networking, while coaching a Care Professional team through annual reviews.

As the face of Home Instead in the community, you will demonstrate core values of Love in every interaction with clients and staff, maintaining high professional standards and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting top talent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality of information.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Answer employment inquiries in a friendly, professional manner.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies online and in the community.
• Schedule and conduct applicant interviews efficiently.
• Perform reference checks, background and drug screenings on Care Professionals.
• Maintain employment records in the applicant tracking system.
• Engage to promote Care Professional retention and satisfaction.
• Coordinate schedules with the Scheduling Department for high-quality matches.
• Meet critical metrics for Care Professional utilization and turnover.
• Log all activity in the software system.
