Capital City Nurses in Maryland is seeking a Recruitment & Employment Specialist to lead our caregiver hiring engine in a fast-growing homecare team. This on-site role emphasizes relationship-building, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and ensuring compliant HR processes.

You'll drive recruitment strategies, coordinate with local communities, and deliver warm orientations that make new hires feel like family while upholding our standards of Compassion, Attitude, Respect, and Excellence.

Qualifications

• Stay agile - jump in to support on-call needs, resolve challenges quickly, and keep operations running smoothly.
