Job summary

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience coordinating university recruiting events.
  • Exceptional organization and follow-through skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with university reps.
  • Ability to manage multiple events and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with ATS and MS Office; Greenhouse and Handshake preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate university recruiting events including career fairs, information sessions, networking events, and other undergraduate and graduate recruiting activities.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including registrations, scheduling, travel arrangements, shipping materials, and event calendars.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers with university outreach activities and recruiting initiatives.
  • Assist with scheduling information sessions, technical presentations, and other university recruiting activities.
  • Manage internship, co-op, and entry-level postings on university career sites and Handshake.
  • Track university recruiting activities, event participation, and candidate pipelines to support reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Talent Acquisition to ensure recruitment materials, promotional items, and event communications are prepared for campus events.
  • Coordinate employee participation in campus events by scheduling attendees, communicating event details, preparing recruiting materials, and providing logistical support.
  • Maintain the university recruiting calendar and assist with planning recruiting activities throughout the academic year.

What You'll Do:

What You'll Need:

  • 2+ years of experience in event coordination, tradeshow coordination, or coordination for college/university recruiting
  • Exceptional organization, project management, and follow-through skills are essential to this role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with university representatives and attendees.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple events, schedules, and competing priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) is required; experience with Greenhouse and Handshake is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
