Seattle, WA-based Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a full-time Recruiter to source and hire security officers and handle HR admin duties. You will screen candidates, conduct interviews, extend offers, and support training and onboarding.

Responsibilities include maintaining files, participating in hiring events, and assisting district managers. The role requires English literacy, 18+ age, and compliance with background checks. Competitive benefits offered.

Location: Seattle, WA (100% In Office)

Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm

Pay: $23.00/hour

We are looking for an outstanding full-time employee who is looking to grow their career with Securitas.

Responsibilities

As a Recruiter, you will recruit for security officer positions and perform a variety of HR administration functions. Some responsibilities may include:

• Recruiting – Phone screens, interviewing, job offers, & internal transfers.


• Assists with new hire training and orientation.


• Participates in hiring events.


• Maintains personnel files.


• Various HR/Administrative duties.


• District Manager Support.
