Securitas in Seattle, WA is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator for a full-time, in-office role. You will manage phone screens, interviews, offers, and transfers, and assist with onboarding and training to grow your HR career.

Responsibilities include attending hiring events, maintaining personnel files, and handling diverse HR tasks. The position offers comprehensive benefits and a structured workweek, with strong emphasis on compliance and team support.

Qualifications

Recruitment Coordinator

Location: Seattle, WA (100% In Office)

Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm

Pay: $23.00/hour

We are looking for an outstanding full-time employee who is looking to grow their career with Securitas.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting – Phone screens, interviewing, job offers, & internal transfers.
• Assists with new hire training and orientation.
• Participates in hiring events.
• Maintains personnel files.
• Various HR/Administrative duties.
• District Manager Support.
