Securitas Global Clients America is seeking a full-time Recruiter in Albuquerque, NM to grow their HR career. The role focuses on recruiting security officers and performing HR admin tasks, with opportunities for training and event participation.

Responsibilities include phone screens, offers, transfers, and maintaining personnel files, plus district manager support. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer/technology skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must remain calm and professional under stress.
• Great attention to detail.
• Must pass pre-employment screening including drug test and background check.
• Reliable transportation and means of communication.
• Legal right to work in the USA.
• Must read, speak and write English.
• Basic HR knowledge preferred, not required.

We are looking for an outstanding full-time employee who is looking to grow their career with Securitas.

Recruiter - Full Time

Primary Location: Albuquerque, NM

Wage: $20.00/HR

Schedule: Mon – Fri: 8AM – 5PM

Responsibilities

As a Recruiter, you will recruit for security officer positions and perform a variety of HR administration functions. Some responsibilities may include:

• Recruiting – phone screens, interviewing, job offers, & internal transfers.
• Assist with new hire training and orientation.
• Participate in hiring events.
• Maintain personnel files.
• Conduct various HR / Administrative duties.
• District Manager support.
