Randstad Enterprise is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a 100% remote long-term contract, operating with Pacific and Mountain Time hours. You will engage directly with candidates and hiring managers, manage interview scheduling, and guide applicants through early stages of the process to ensure a positive experience.

The role includes coordinating meetings, ensuring compliance, and maintaining recruitment systems for a streamlined hiring process. Prior staffing experience is required.
