Compensation: This is an exempt position, with a monthly salary of $4,500 during the probationary period. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, the base rate will increase to $5,000.
Role Summary: The HR Recruitment Specialist role is a fully onsite position, 5 days a week, in our Midtown office. This position serves as part of our Human Resources department. You will be executing and coordinating full cycle recruitment, which include daily recruitment operations, such as talent acquisition, talent development, onboarding, and off-boarding.
