About the Opportunity
A prestigious, full-service law firm is seeking an Attorney Recruiting Assistant to join its Miami office. This position will support attorney and law student recruitment efforts across the firm’s eight offices and will play an important role in coordinating interviews, recruiting events, candidate communications, and the summer associate program.
What You'll Do
- Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of candidate information throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate search firm fee agreements, signatures, and electronic filing.
- Post job descriptions on the firm’s website and other recruiting platforms.
- Coordinate and schedule virtual and in-person interviews between attorneys and lateral candidates across all eight firm offices.
- Greet candidates at the Miami office and escort them to interview rooms.
- Collect, organize, and distribute interview feedback to appropriate stakeholders.
- Maintain recruiting databases and candidate files in iManage, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Support all aspects of law student recruitment, including application packets, on-campus interviews, callbacks, and offers.
- Register the firm for law school recruiting events, networking receptions, and resume collections.
- Extract application materials from the firm’s applicant tracking system and distribute them to the recruiting team.
- Assist with recruiting events and related logistics.
- Support the planning and execution of the firm’s summer associate program.
- Coordinate interview-related travel and logistics as needed.
- Process recruiting department invoices and assist with administrative duties.

- LinkedIn Recruiter experience is a plus, but not required.
- Previous experience in a law firm, legal recruiting, professional services, or attorney recruitment environment is highly desirable.
