Job description

Flying Bark Productions is a dynamic and innovative animation studio dedicated to pushing the boundaries of character animation and storytelling. We are working on exciting projects such as Avatar: The Last Airbender feature film, Netflix's Ghostbusters animated series, and Stranger Things animated series as well as upcoming feature film, Zac Power.

Flying Bark LA is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator who will support the LA studio's hiring and people operations, with the role split primarily toward Recruitment and People & Culture (P&C) administration. Reporting to the Global Recruitment Manager, the Coordinator is the primary point of contact for day-to-day recruitment coordination across the LA studio, sourcing candidates, managing requisitions, and keeping the hiring pipeline moving efficiently as project and headcount needs evolve. Alongside this, the Coordinator provides general administrative and coordination support to the P&C team, helping ensure a smooth, well-organized employee experience from offer through onboarding and beyond. This is a generalist-leaning role suited to someone who has worked across both Recruitment and HR/P&C functions and is comfortable moving between the two as priorities shift.

This is a temporary full-time position, with the assignment expected to begin in September 2026 and conclude in January 2027.

This role is located onsite in our Burbank, CA office.
