• Salary: $50,000 + $10,000 guaranteed bonus + uncapped commission

Responsibilities

• Match top talent with leading companies within a niche market
• Generate leads via cold outreach (calls, emails, networking)
• Set and achieve KPIs to meet revenue goals
• Negotiate contracts and expectations with candidates and clients
• Develop relationships through various outreach methods
• Become a market expert by researching and networking within the industry
• Manage expectations and guide clients and candidates through the recruitment process
• Proactively source active and passive candidates and clients
