What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct video editing for various corporate social media, internal messaging, and marketing campaigns
- Film and produce video content, managing all aspects of production including lighting and audio
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather business needs and develop marketing content
- Maintain brand consistency while creating high-quality video and visual content
- Act as a liaison with agencies and vendors to communicate project requirements and changes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, video production, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum three years of experience in video production, including college-level work
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with DSLR or cinema cameras; familiarity with Sony gear is a plus
- Skills in motion graphics, photography, or design
