Davies Talent Solutions is seeking a motivated, ambitious, and relationship-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in New York. This position offers structured training, mentorship, and clear progression opportunities, allowing successful individuals to advance into a Senior Delivery Consultant role or transition into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant position with business development responsibilities if desired.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Managing Principal Consultants and Business Development professionals to support the successful delivery of client hiring mandates.
- Source, identify, engage, and attract high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Conduct candidate qualification calls and interviews to assess experience, career motivations, and overall fit for opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates, creating a strong and engaged talent network.
- Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and assist with offer management and onboarding activities.
- Attend client briefing meetings alongside the Business Development team when appropriate to gain a deeper understanding of hiring needs and role requirements.
- Collaborate with delivery and business development teams to ensure alignment on candidate profiles, recruitment strategy, and client expectations.
- Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within the CRM and ATS systems.
- Develop expertise within assigned market sectors through ongoing training, mentorship, and hands-on recruiting experience.

Skills & Experience
- Recruitment experience is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, business development, talent acquisition, staffing, account management, or other relationship-focused environments is highly desirable.
