Responsibilities

• Partner with Managing Principal Consultants and Business Development professionals to support client hiring mandates.
• Source, identify, engage, and attract high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Conduct qualification calls and interviews to assess fit and motivation.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and a talent network.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process; coordinate interviews and onboarding activities.
• Attend client briefings to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
