Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our pioneering recruitment team in the Philippines! This role will play a crucial part in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for clients based in Singapore and Dubai. If you’re passionate about recruitment, have a strong agency or RPO background, and are excited to grow with a dynamic organization, we want to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and client coordination.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring excellent service delivery.
• Source candidates using various platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
• Specialize in recruiting for clients in Singapore and Dubai, understanding the unique hiring requirements of each market.
• Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to establish and improve recruitment strategies and processes.
• Stay updated on market trends and provide insights to clients and the team.
• Represent the company professionally and help promote its brand in a competitive recruitment landscape.
• Meet and exceed recruitment targets while maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism.
