LHH Recruitment Solutions in Portland is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to support temporary and contract staffing across HR, Supply Chain, and Operations. The role centers on candidate engagement, client interaction, and delivering quality talent at scale.

LHH is seeking a high-energy Recruitment Consultant to join our Portland team, specializing in temporary and contract staffing solutions across Human Resources, Supply Chain, and Operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys candidate engagement, client interaction, and delivering quality talent at a high volume.

What You'll Do

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our clients' hiring needs while creating exceptional candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Interview and qualify 15+ candidates per week
• Make 5+ temporary placements per week
• Create and manage 5+ job postings per week
• Source, recruit, screen, and present qualified candidates for contract and temporary opportunities
• Partner closely with our sales team and actively participate in client intake meetings and hiring strategy calls
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across HR, Supply Chain, and Operations disciplines
• Conduct candidate assessments, references, and interview preparation
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the assignment lifecycle
• Deliver a high-touch experience to both candidates and clients
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity, candidate records, and pipeline data within ATS and CRM systems

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of staffing agency recruiting experience
• Proven experience supporting temporary, contract, or contract-to-hire placements
• Strong client-facing and relationship management skills
• Experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions simultaneously
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing capabilities
• Results-driven with a sense of urgency and accountability

Preferred Experience

• Experience recruiting within Human Resources, Supply Chain, Operations, Administrative, or Professional Services
• Experience partnering directly with business development and sales teams
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools
