Job summary

Brunel is looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant for its Mining Team in Houston, TX. In this role, you'll be involved in technical, relationship-driven project staffing, recruiting highly skilled professionals in mining, engineering, and construction.

You will partner with Account Managers, source candidates creatively, and build a network within the industry. You'll earn a salary plus monthly commissions along with full benefits starting on your first day in the office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in project staffing recruitment.
• Background or exposure to EPC, construction, engineering, or mining strongly preferred.
• Confident communicator who can build trust quickly.
• Entrepreneurial mindset who is competitive and self-driven.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. for any employer.

Recruitment Consultant – Brunel Mining Team - Houston, TX

This isn’t high-volume recruiting. This is technical, relationship-driven project staffing in one of the most exciting and lucrative verticals out there: Mining!

Our Mining Team is growing fast and we’re looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant who thrives in complex searches, understands project environments, and wants to build a long-term desk with serious upside.

• You’ll recruit highly skilled project professionals (including Project Controls, Engineering, Construction, Commissioning and much more).
• You’ll work closely with Account Managers and clients on real, active projects.
• You’ll build a technical niche instead of chasing volume.

• You’ll work both contract and direct vacancies.

What you’ll do

• Energized by complex searches, recruiting for best fit talent vs. high volume submittals.
