Are you passionate about building strong teams and shaping the future workforce? We’re looking for a Recruitment & Talent Manager to lead our hiring strategies across technical, professional, and field-based roles. Based in Tucson, AZ (preferred) or Phoenix, AZ, this role reports directly to the HR Director and manages a small, dedicated team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and developing a team of recruiters and HR administrators.
• Designing and executing recruitment strategies for technical, skilled trades, and professional roles.
• Partnering with leadership on workforce planning and succession management.
• Driving diversity and inclusion across the hiring lifecycle.
• Managing recruitment metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Engaging with candidates and stakeholders in both English and Spanish.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience (min. 1 year managing a team).
• Strong background in technical recruitment; mining or heavy industry experience is a plus.
• Skilled in workforce planning, succession strategy, and candidate engagement.
• Proficient with ATS/HRIS systems and up to date with labor market trends.
• Spanish speaking would be an advantage
