Job summary

Hamilton Barnes in Austin, TX is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to own a desk from day one, sourcing candidates and managing full-cycle recruitment for tech and infrastructure clients.

You will build relationships, hit targets, and progress to Senior Consultant with uncapped commission and a supportive training programme.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in SDR, sales, or recruitment (real estate experience welcome).
• Recent graduates with a strong sales aptitude or sales internship experience.
• Confident on the phone and a strong communicator.
• Money motivated and aiming for career progression, not a job.

Responsibilities

The Role:

You’ll take ownership of your own desk from day one, working candidates and clients across your market. No two days are the same, and the better you get, the faster you're earning and progressing, with no waiting around for tenure.

What will you be doing?

• Sourcing and speaking to candidates across your market
• Managing the full process from first call to placement
• Progressing from sourcing into full business development as you build your desk
• Growing and owning your own patch, with opportunity to build out a team as it scales
• Hitting targets in a fast paced environment

What are we looking for?

• 1-2 years' experience in an SDR, sales, or recruitment role (real estate experience also welcome)
