Home Instead - Sheboygan is seeking a Recruiter Associate to support caregiver recruiting, hiring, and retention for our growing senior care team. This full-time, in-office role is KPI-driven, with a strong emphasis on high-volume outbound calling and meeting recruiting metrics.

The position is staffing- and recruiting-focused, not general HR, and offers competitive pay, benefits, and a path to contribute to the local Sheboygan community.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, HR support, sales, or call-center roles preferred.
• Comfortable with phone-heavy, outbound calling environments.
• Results-driven and accountable to metrics.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to handle performance conversations with professionalism and respect.

Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to applicants (phone-based recruiting).
• Screen, interview, and hire caregivers efficiently.
• Track and meet recruiting KPIs (calls, interviews, hires).
• Conduct performance conversations and retention follow-ups.
• Support caregiver engagement and reduce turnover.
• Respond to employment inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Schedule and conduct interviews (in-person and phone).
• Complete background checks, drug screens, references, and onboarding steps.
• Maintain accurate applicant and employee records in the ATS.
• Conduct caregiver check-ins, annual reviews, and performance conversations.
• Address attendance, performance, and retention issues professionally.
• Partner with scheduling to improve utilization and caregiver retention.
• Meet staffing metrics expectations (hiring volume, turnover, utilization).
• Represent Home Instead in the Sheboygan community.
