Job summary

New Avenues to Independence, Inc. in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Talent and Employment Engagement Specialist to drive high-volume DSP hiring, run weekly onboarding sessions, and maintain airtight compliance records. You will build relationships with new hires and support them through their first year with structured check-ins.
